2、 掌握位图的相关概念。
3、 学会使用使用资源编辑器编辑位图。
4、 编程方式可以使用API编程或MFC编程方式。
5、 建议程序只能处理24位真彩色位图。
6、 程序运行后，通过选择文件|打开菜单后选择一个BMP文件，如果不是BMP文件或不是真彩色文件，程序应该报告信息。如果用户选择的是真彩色的位图则将图形显示在窗口中，而且占满整个客户区。如果调整窗口则图形也跟着变化。始终占满整个客户区
